Join us on Tuesday, May 6th as Dr. Brian Browne presents on Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE).
The GUIDE Model aims to improve the quality of life for people with dementia and reduce strain on their unpaid caregivers. This is achieved through Medicare payments for a comprehensive package of care coordination and management, caregiver education and support, and respite services.
This is a great opportunity for caregivers to learn about why the GUIDE model may work for them.
