Fountain View Village Celebrates One-Year Of Renovations

Last month, Fountain View Village invited potential future residents to celebrate the one-year mark of our community’s spectacular renovation! On a gorgeous afternoon in sunny Fountain Hills, Arizona, we came together for delicious food, cocktails, live music, and gift bags.

Completed in November 2023, the $10 million remodeling project included upgrades across our entire campus, including a redesign of all common areas, modernized residences, and revitalized amenities. Read all about our renovation with this coverage by the City Sun Times.

A year later, residents are still loving our new range of dining options, exciting Health and Wellness Program, new outdoor spaces, and much more!

Attendees had the opportunity to explore our community’s new gazebo, pickleball court, and putting green, as well as an exclusive vintage car show.
