Join Encore for More and Fountain View Village’s own Chef Lisa Rinnus for an exciting cooking class designed to help you cook once and eat twice (or more!)—without ever turning on the oven. Perfect for the hot summer months, this class will show you how to create multiple delicious meals using the same core ingredients, saving you time, money, and extra trips to the grocery store under the blazing sun!
