New Renovations Coming to Fountain View Village!

Fountain View Village has a new look!

Our community is completing renovations to many key areas within our campus. Residents, families, and prospects can expect to see enhancements to our community amenities and apartments.

Independent Living includes:

Common Space Areas
Lobby/Reception Area
Dining venues including the bistro and pub
Salon, Library, and Theatre

Improvements will also be made within our assisted living and memory care areas, including:

Assisted Living Lounge and Activities Room
Assisted Living Dining Room
Memory Care Dining Area

Elevating Outdoor Spaces

In addition to our interior renovations, we’re also excited to be adding a new outdoor putting green and pickleball court. Both are expected to be ready for the fall season!

In addition to prime spaces within our community, upgrades will be made to a number of independent living and assisted living apartments. Fountain View Village currently offers multiple independent living floor plan options, giving you the opportunity to choose just the right one for you. Our airy, light-filled one- and two-bedroom layouts all feature a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, a private balcony or terrace, plenty of storage and closet space, and a 24-hour emergency response system.
